With a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry and having previously been both client and candidate working with established (not very good) recruitment to recruitment consultancies, a gap in the market was seen and in May 2015 Chameleon Recruiting was born.

 

The mission was clear, create a consultancy that is honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about what we do. We wanted to break the mould of traditional rec2rec agencies and challenge the stigma that so many associate with them.

While many agencies struggled to keep their heads above water during the pandemic, Chameleon Recruiting’s solid relationships and resilience kept us strong. That’s a testament to the trust we've built over the years, and we're excited to keep growing and building on that foundation.
