We don’t simply arrange interviews and leave you to figure out the rest. Before every client interview, we provide detailed, tailored preparation so you know what to expect and how to make the strongest possible impression.

We will talk you through the questions you are likely to be asked, how best to position your experience and achievements, and the key points you should cover to demonstrate your suitability for the opportunity. We will also help you identify thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer, ensuring the conversation is a genuine two-way discussion and gives you the information you need to assess whether the business, role and culture are right for you.

Following our preparation discussion, you will receive an email summarising what we have covered, with additional preparation points and practical guidance to review ahead of the interview. Our aim is to make sure you go into every conversation informed, confident and clear on how to communicate your value.
